ConnectedHeart® is a medical device and service for remote monitoring of cardiovascular patients that do not require hospitalization, but nevertheless need a close follow-up during recovery or cardiac rehabilitation. A valuable tool for hospitals and doctors, who are able to provide better care, while optimizing resources.
Our technology consists of an electronic device in the form of a wearable. Powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence, it uses ECG and PPG signals to continuously measure and predict if a patient is having a cardiac event, whether in the present time or in the near future.
Once an abnormal heart condition is detected, our software will immediately alert the patient, medical staff, and caregivers for a prompt response.
