CardioID was in Düsseldorf, Germany, for the MEDICA 2025 trade fair, which took place on 17-20 November 2025. MEDICA is considered the world’s largest event for medical technology, devices, and innovation in healthcare.
As part of the Portuguese delegation led by Health Cluster Portugal, CardioID showcased our Heartmetrics solutions in two perspectives: for the automotive sector with CardioWheel and within the domain of cardiac rehabilitation with ConnectedHeart.
CardioWheel brings peace of mind to driving by leveraging seamless ECG signal acquisition and advanced pattern recognition technique to enhance safety while driving, providing drowsiness alerts, monitoring driver health, and verifying the driver’s identity.
ConnectedHeart is our latest healthcare system designed to elevate cardiac rehabilitation through advanced signal analysis and artificial intelligence. By remotely monitoring cardiac parameters during prescribed exercise, ConnectedHeart keeps patients motivated to keep improving their cardiac health, while keeping medical doctors informed of their recovery progress. With ConnectedHeart, distance is no longer a heart problem.
It brings us pride to be able to demonstrate Portuguese innovation to the global stage and to show how CardioID continues to contribute to the future of digital health.
