Valu3s Project: Verification and Validation of Automated Systems’ Safety and Security
We are excited to announce that CardioID is part of the VALU3S consortium, which aims to design, implement and evaluate state-of-the-art V&V (verification and validation) methods and tools in order to reduce the time and cost needed to verify and validate automated systems with respect to safety, cybersecurity and privacy (SCP) requirements.
VALU3S is a 3-years collaborative project funded by ECSEL JU under Horizon 2020 Work Programme. The project brings together a consortium with partners from 10 different countries (Portugal, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Turkey) with a mix of industrial partners from automotive, agriculture, railway, healthcare, aerospace, industrial automation and robotics domains, as well as leading research institutes and top european universities.
The company’s activities within the scope of the VALU3S project will enable CardioID to learn procedures, methods and analysis of V&V, adding a strong security component across all of our products and systems, eliminating possible vulnerabilities in the interoperability of systems.
